Apple iPhone Activation Outage

Users have reported they cannot activate their iPhones through iTunes with AT&T since Oct 3, 2007 7:22 PM according to Apple's discussion forums.

I have confirmed the ongoing outage. See screenshots below:

iPhone activation appears to be working now. No word on the cause of the outage.
