The Artec T14A is the first and the smallest USB digital TV receiver in the world for the ATSC HDTV standard used in North America and the Far East.

Like all USB tuners it just needs to be plugged into a laptop (or a desktop if you really want, but there are better solutions for that) and you'll be watching HDTV without recourse to a $1500 new TV.

The Artec T14A is compatible with Windows XP Media Center.
