We have an Onkyo TXSV515PROII that we are wanting to replace.

One major concern is that the replacement have a decent amount of connection options and be able to decode whatever our DVD player should decide to throw at it.

The second major concern is, of course, price. We were thinking about something below $400.

We actually placed an order for an Onkyo TX-SR601, only to have the store discontinue it on us.

The current speakers (a set of Acoustimass bought when we knew no better) will be replaced in the future.

We really are not familiar with any brand other than Onkyo, but any suggestions would be appreciated.
