I have finished my basement with the exception of drop ceiling. I do not have surround system or speakers at this time. I will be using a 36 inch T.V. until can afford 50 Inch. I have included a rough drawing of wher the tv/cable/speaker connections are wired.

I am interesed on placement of viewing area and placement of speakers. On the attached layout, the gray area is already drywall no access for speakers. The area in red is the viewing area. It is approx. 12 ft. X 14 ft.

Do you have any plans as to what equipment you will be getting?
Floorstanders, bookshelves, etc?
