Sorry, I don't have a clue about speaker cable, but I am about to get my Onkyo HT-S760 and got 14 gauge speaker cable. The speakers are 100w, 8 ohms. I know that 14 gauge cable should be fine for the rears and the back surround (30' - 40'), but i want to know if i can use it safely also for center and fronts, wich are placed no more than 9' away from the receiver. Or should I use the provided 22 gauge cable with center and fronts? Please reply to this desperate amateur, I thank you in advance. |

Well, just another question, how far should the Subwoofer be away from the tv? |
