Hi,

I'm wondering if this configuration is any good.

Kenwood VR-7070 THX-Certified Receiver
Fluance SX-HTB
Fluance DB-200

I'm a budget minded person with less than $1000 to spend on the whole system. My room is about 20'x13'. If this combo is not good also please recommend if you have any, I'm completely open to any idea. Thanks in advance for you input.

the Fluance system is a nice well crafted set of speakers. A lot of people don't like to comment on it, they probably think it's "cheap", because of the price. Well...it is a cheap price, hey, labor is cheap in China, but the quality is really good. It's funny how a bunch of people would talk about their "white van" speakers but not about a legitimately purchased merchandise for the budget conscious person.
I recommended it to a friend of mine who is just starting out into the HT area and he is very happy with the unit.
It should work well with your Kenwood!

cheers
