Denon AVR-1804 vs. Yamaha RX-V650 Receiver
I am going to choose between the two which are both comparably priced around $360 delivered. I have a sony S330 dvd player (Dec '99) and just last week installed the ST2 Sapphire speakers along with the matching center, two surrond sound and monster cable.
I care tremendously about the surrond sound experience of Movies.. rarely play music on the set and use the TV speakers of my Sony TV when watching TV.
If you had to choose one of the two (please don't come up with a third... it was tough enough coming up with these two :-) Which would you choose?

I have not try either of the receivers, but if the yamaha receiver has the option to connect precence speakers you should buy it. If It doesn't, I don't know what to tell you. Both brands are good. I like Yamaha though.
