Hi, I'm new here and I've been thinking about adding another subwoofer to my system, if it's possible. Right now my Sub (POLK 250) is up from by the right Speaker. I was thinking of putting on in the back behind the couch to give a more movie theater bass feel. Is it possible to have 2 subs hooked up to one receiver? And how would that be done?

I suppose a splitter would work. Could there be signal loss over length?

I'm not sure I'm following you on the loss of signal length. I was thinking that it could be bridged like a car amplifier.

I always assumed that the signal would lose strength from the preamp to the amp over long distances.
