I bought a 57 inch Hitachi f510 which I love but I am getting too much glare during the day.I have blinds over the windows but need something to let less light in. Should I get shades or curtains, etc. Please give your opinion. Thanks |

Heavy Curtains or, you can always get window film. |

I had the same problem with my Hitachi 57.
Solved it with new curtains from JC Penney, with a LIGHT BLOCKING backing sewn in behind the curtain.
Not cheap, but you gotta pay to play. |

Try some Levelor blinds. They have some that are called 'black out' shades, that have some internal foil or something for complete darkness, Expect to pay $200-300 per window installed. Don't buy them through the home depot, as they just pass you off to a thrid p[arty installer, and generally screw things up with the order. |
