I bought a 57 inch Hitachi f510 which I love but I am getting too much glare during the day.I have blinds over the windows but need something to let less light in. Should I get shades or curtains, etc. Please give your opinion. Thanks

I had the same problem with my Hitachi 57.

Solved it with new curtains from JC Penney, with a LIGHT BLOCKING backing sewn in behind the curtain.

Not cheap, but you gotta pay to play.

Try some Levelor blinds. They have some that are called 'black out' shades, that have some internal foil or something for complete darkness, Expect to pay $200-300 per window installed. Don't buy them through the home depot, as they just pass you off to a thrid p[arty installer, and generally screw things up with the order.
