So far, I've connected a coaxal cable from the DVD to the receiver, and three wires (Y, cb, cr - monster cables) from the DVD to the receiver. Question: Is it necessary to connect anything behing the TV or Cable box? How can I get my DVD player to sound in my surround and also be able to get video?

Thank you so much for your help/advice
