My father is a very tech savvy guy but is new to the home theater area. Wanting to really surprise him for Christmas, we bought a Mirage Omnisat 6 speaker system (with 10" LF-150 subwoofer). He's one to do a lot of research before he buys so I've tried to find all I can. The folks at tweeter were pretty convincing of these things and the reviews I've read are pretty positive. We spent about $1750 on the system. He'll still need to get a receiver and would be willing to spend around $700. Given all that, do you think this was a good choice and if so, what reciever do you recommend to go with it? Thanks |
