Help!!

Back of NAD T773 terminals for front speakers reads "L" and "R" (IN THAT ORDER, NOT "R" and "L" as most A/Vs have). Only problem is if you setup as reading from the back (ie. connect the front speaker on your left to the L terminal) then sound moves across the screen in the opposite dierction. So in order to fix you obviously connect the front left speaker into the L terminal. The only problem with this is that the speaker cables MUST CROSS over!! I have contacted NAD and they were not very helpful. Is anyone else having these setup problems?!??
