I have a CD changer with normal RCA audio outputs.

Is there a way I can split the audio between tweo recievers, and listen to the CD changer through whichever reciever I choose without having to switch any wiring?

Just add a "Y" splitter. You can always split outputs, you cannot, however, combine inputs.
