i have a sony 70''lcd xbr tv a rx-z9 reciever a pioneer elite 59avi dvd player and a dish network pvr 921 satelite reciever....
what is the best way to configure this set up cables AND settings on each appliance...thanks in advance and also pls tell me if u have these same or any of these pieces :-)

p.s. should i get a hdmi to dvi cable for the dvd player AND a geffen dvi switcher so i can connect BOTH the pvr 921 AND the dvd to my tv that has only 1 dvi input?
