I connect my digital output of my DVD player to my home theatre receiver's digital input. But I get no signal. Why? How do I do this correct? Please advise. Thanks.

Hello,
I've read elsewhere in this forum, that often the DIGITAL OUTPUT of DVD players needs to be switched "on" probably through the sound, audio or output menu on your DVD player. Hope this helps.
