I purchased a set of Aura Bass Shakers to hook up under our couch. Ive heard of people using these in cars so I was wondering if using a car amp to power them would work. They are going to be for Home Theater use but I have an old Phoenix Gold 40 watts/per channel car amp Im not using so I thought I could use that to power the bass shakers instead of buying another amp. Just run the line from my sub out to the input on the amp, and then out to the shakers. Any suggestions or thoughts on this?
