Could someone explain the difference between the Klpisch Reference vs Synergy series? Is one better for a specific application. I''ve heard the RF-15,25,35's, but was also saw the Synergy series and was trying to get a feel for what they are about. I'm looking to pair them up with a H/K AVR325 and use it for listening to live recordings of concerts along with home theater applications (DVD, etc).

The Real Refrence series starts at the 35 series and goes up the cheaper models are glorified synergys. Synergys are mass market speakers aimed to compete at best buy. The refrence series is an audophile series only available in hi-fi shops and they do sound much better i own the RF-7,RC-7,RB-5II setup with 2 RSW15s myself and am using an NAD receiver with them
