I have the sony ht-ddw750 and i have the fiber optic conection , but in the screen i cant see 5.1 or dts i can only see or shows the 3/2.1 in the screen how can i put the best audio

The first things to check are the speaker settings (page 15):

then check the sound field settings (pages 23 - 25)
