i have a dreamcast, a digital converterbox, rf modulator and a dvd player/surround sound

dreamcast - A/V out puts
converter box - Ant. input, Ant. output, A/V out put
RF Modulator - A/V Input, Ant. input, Ant. output, S-video output
DVD player/Surround sound - Video out, Audio In, and RED, BLUE, and GREEN cord out puts

i need more A/V inputs that can be switched, like an HD tv, you have multiple inputs, and you can switch between them, is there a box that does that?

Yes, its called an A/V receiver. Most receivers today will allow you to hook up any input ,Componet (red green blue), Composite (yellow),or S-video and out put from any of these to the TV. If your TV has HDMI most receivers will out put all signals to HDMI but most less expensive ones will not out put HDMI in to the other out puts
