My budget right now is $2000. What should i get? From the research i have done, i need to get a front, rear, sub, center, and a receiver. I would like to get things individually instead of getting them in a package. I read HTIB arent' that good from reviews. Could you please help me to get the best for $2000. THANKS!!! |

Happy New Year Brian,
Your best approach is to go out shopping (not buying yet) if possible. Start at a place like Best Buy / Circuit City then work your way towards a specialty store. The only person who can determine what sounds best is yourself and with a $2000.00 budget you will have a lot of choices. |

Brian $2000 is a nice start and you can get a very good set up for that. I like Denon and Paradigm. That being said I also understand that the Onkyo TX-SR606 is a hot product right now in your price range, The Paradigm Atoms where voted 2008 Joint Budget Products of the Year
