Hi

I have managed to lock my DVD after trying to upgrade it to multi region via a remote, have not managed to get any help from the company I hired the remote from!. On trying to open the DVD tray the message LOCKED appears and the tray remains shut, has anyone got any suggestions on what I can do in order to get the DVD working again?
