I've seen posts that recommend using larger wire than what is provided with the system. Is any 14 gage wire good enough or should I go for the Monster 14 gage. Or if I go with Monster wire can I get away with 16 gage? Monster has some "flat" speaker wire that is easy to hide but it's only 16 gage. |

Any 14 gage will work. I went to Lowes and got some for about $0.20 per foot. This link does a good job explaining speaker wire requirements.
