I am looking to do a cheap home theater with my PS2, a Teac 5 disc CD player and my Sony TV. Do you think this brand will work with all these components? Is there a better solution? Thanks! juice...a newbie

I bought a durabrand home theater system, and its a piece of crap. I cant get no sound when using the cable. When Im playing a DVD you have to have it on max just to hear it at a decent level, and there is a rolling picture. I know its not the DVD player because Ive tried three of them, and all the connections are correct. I would'nt recomend this system to anybody. You get what you pay for. and I will never by this brand again.

My Durabrand is loud enough for me and I'm satisfied with the quality. And yes, I can hear the sound too from my cable programs. Joe N, you need to upgrade your TV. Get one that has an A/V output jacks so that you could hear the sound of your cable progams through your Durabrand.
