I have a Sony micosystem - DAV-IS10 - which has a sub-woofer and a dvd player. The the home theater works just fine, but how can I use the TV volume in addition? 1. I've connected HDMI1 TV to DVD. 2. Also connected 3 video cables from TV to DVD. 3. Tried to connect the 2 audio from TV to DVD, but doesn't make any difference. Am I missing something? Dearraj |

Do you have a cable or Satellite box? |

Try setting the theater system's AUDIO (HDMI) setting to ON while you have it connected via the HDMI cable. Check out your owner's manual for instructions, pages 44 and 92 may be helpful. http://www.sonystyle.com/wcsstore/SonyStyleStorefrontAssetStore/pdf/DAVIS10.pdf |
