Preordered a Phillips 55PL9773 a month ago for $2,585.86 . I called to confirm pricing (it took me 3 differnt calls to actually get a person).
The day before it's supposed to ship I get this email. I got a canned response when I protested. These guys are crooks who just increased site traffic with a bait and switch routine. Stay away!

I understand your anger. It looks like they just took a very good deal from you. But as I checked prices elsewhere, it seems to me it is an honest mistake on their part and they gave you a chance to cancel. The 44" sells for $2700 so the 55" for $2,585.86 is unrealistic. |

Although you can understand they made a mistake in they're pre-order pricing the fact is they took an order for it at that price and should live up to it.... It's their mistake not Contusion's!!!! I'd be pissed too.. |
