im looking to get a home theater in a box to match up to my 55 inch tv i have a hd box that i never hooked up hdmi cables to is this necessary?also when hooking up the home theater are there any cables i need to buy to hook up the reciever box into the tv?subwoofer?thanks guys |

It really depends on the HTIB you are getting. If you have HDMI capability, you will an HDMI cable. If you are getting an all in one unit, there really won't be a lot of cables that you will need. Wait until you get the unit, read the manuals, then figure out the cables you will need. |

thanks for the info one quick question i have a 55 inch 1080i tv and cablevision hooked up my hd box using a red blue and a green wire is this ok to use or should i change to hdmi cables will this make the tv clearer? |
