I'm now almost for a year trying to get the laptop (acer aspire 5672, with ati x1600) connected with the LCD tv (Loewe Xelos A 32 with HDMI input).
A VGA cable is working, but only low resolutions, so I have now a dvi to hdmi cable (5 meter), But I don't get even detection of the screen in the Catalyst Center. Who can please help me:-)
I am trying to connect my laptop to my pioneer plasma 436 sxe via a HDMi/DVI cable. I tried it last night and my laptop kept rebooting and not even going into Windows. I have a Mobility Radeon 9000 graphics card. Could this be the problem?
