Does anyone have any experience with this line of Klipsch speakers? I am looking at the F-2 floor speakers and either accompanying "-2" or "-1" model bookshelf and a center speaker in the same category. Does it matter if I mix these at all? This is all through Best Buy as I have a great deal of gift cards to spend. Are the JBL Balboa line any better?

I think that the Klipsch Synergy line is a decent speaker system. I have more experience with the Klipsch Reference lineup, but feel that the synergy lineup has improved.

Klipsch has a VERY solid reputation. They have been producing speakers for decades. On a personal note, I feel that Klipsch in general are better speakers than JBL, but your mileage may vary.
