I just bought a JVC THC50 Home Stereo System. I have a Explorer 8300 DVR from Comcast and a Standard TV with all the in and out puts. I installed some monster cables and finally got what I think things connected but I can get sound from the surround from DVD, CD and Stereo but not from the TV, anyone can you help a little lady that can't get it together?? The back of my TV has SECTIONS INPUT 1 - COMPONENT VIDEO INPUT -VIDEO Y, Pb, Pr AUDIO L & R INPUT 2 - VIDEO - YELLOW AUDIO L & R PROG OUT - VIDEO - YELLOW AUDIO AMP L & R I called JVC and the rep said the TV should connect to the Home Theater to the TV and to set the JVC to VCR to watch TV.... short of that, she was no help. The back of the JVC TH-C50 has SECTIONS VIDEO OUT - Y, Pb, Pr AUX IN (VCR) - RIGHT & LEFT VIDEO OUT -VIDEO VCR IN - VIDEO I am so confused....CAN YOU HELP?

Connect the audio amp L/R on the TV to the AUX in L/R on the JVC and set the JVC on AUX or VCR, whatever it calls it. |
