Hi All, I was looking out for a good home theatre system and did a preliminary survey of Sonodyne, Bose(Really pricy), Onkyo, Yamaha+Jamo speakers, Denon+Jamo speakers. I am looking at a price point of Rs. 60000 INR. Whicch one would be a good buy? The Onkyo entry model comes for a cost of Rs. 27000, Sonodyne for Rs. 49000, Yamaha+Jamo for Rs. 45000, Denon+Jamo for Rs. 80,000. Any suggestions would be of great help. Regards, Madhu |

Bose is really expensive stuff. But if that is your choice, and you like bumpy sound, then go for it. I recommend, Yamaha AV amp. |

If you have listened to Jamo, you'll be disappointed in Bose. They are expensive but I do not believe they sound good at all. |

I agree, Bose is just overpriced, the only thing I appreciate is the small size of their speakers. However Sonodyne was quite close to Jamo...for a lesser price and comes with satellite speakers, any views on Sonodyne would be very very helpful. T |
