Getting poor picture when running video from receiver both dvd and cable. dvd is component cables and cable is s-video. Componenet video from receiver to plasma.New Yamaha 7590 receiver.The picture has faint horizontal lines running up bottom to top.All equipment plugged into same outlet .Is this an electrical problem ? Cable directly to tv gives good picture.Dvd has lines when going into receiver.
