I am thinking about buying the Philips MX 3660D DVD home theater system from overstock.com. I bought the philips dv910vhs about a year ago and now the picture freezes and it has no sound when I try to play a dvd. My warranty has ran out and there's nothing philips will do to help me. So I plan to buy a new one.
At first I said I would not buy another philips dvd player. But after seeing the price and reviews at http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?cid=17436&PAGE=PRODUCT&PROD_ID=557516&fp =F&siteID=Q_JZMpz4irY-omp_oYeRujIJErSn5WgWyw for this unit. I am now having second thoughts. Does anyone no anything about this model, is it good or bad? And what do you all think about refurbished products?
Any advise?

Never mind. I can't buy from this site because I don't have a credit card. But thanks anyway.
