I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction. I've gone through various hook-up configs and can only get audio. I've gone through the Onkyo manual many times looking for some reference as to why this may be happening with no luck.
I have both S-Video and RCA connections from the receiver to the monitor as directed by the manual. I know that the receiver is putting out some information as I get on-screen menus from the receiver's set-up area but that's all. I have for example, changed the DVD input to Video 1, 2, etc but it is the same result.
I am able to hear the sound from a DVD, from my VCR, from the tuner and CD but none of the video comes through.
Any help or guidance is most appreciated.

are both RCA and S-Video cables connected? You can only use 1 or the other, not both.
You did not specify the type of video connections that you have done, so it will be difficult to pinpoint. Be specific!
