Hi All, I'm trying to look for a speaker package to connect to my Xbox 360. I have a budget of around 250 pounds and came across the above. At first I wanted a Home theatre which included a dvd player but have not been able to find one with my budget with an optical input so I've gone for the speaker package. The pioneer which was made for the 360 doe's look rather nice but then the Sony is more powerful and has 6 speakers and sub. Doe's anyone know anthing about the two above or suggest anything in my price range with an optical input?? Thanks to all |

Sony is not very good and do not ever base your purchase on manufacturer's stated wattage or declared power. |

Hey Berny, Thanks for the info. Most people have told me to stay clear of Sony, I just liked the 6.1 and the HDMI connections. How about the Denon dht1356xp?? Thats for sale over here in jolly England for 230 pounds? |

I believe you would be better off with a Pioneer or a Denon unit. |
