Hi all,

I have the HTR5450 receiver and love it.... it's about 4 years old now. Just a few days ago the center channel started to get static/lower volume in it. I checked all wires and connections and put anther speaker on it too(same issue)so it isn't the speaker or wiring. Just wondering if any guru knows what is happening. It is in an enclosed entertainment center and does get warm in there but not overwhelming. I do open the door to let more air in most days. Sometimes it will correct itself but mostly it is staticy sounding..... Is it shot?? Fixable?? any suggestions would be great..... don't really want to have to buy a new one. Thanks!!
