I have the x530 speakers for my desktop pc and they work great. I'll be moving to college soon and it says that these speakers will work for notebook pcs. I hooked everything up and I have 1 cord to plug into my pc, but with 3 plugs. Is it possible to use these speakers for a notebook pc, and if so, do I need to purchase anything to plug the 3 things into my pc? There's obviously a spot to plug in headphones but not 3 spots like I did. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I believe your gonna need to get an upgraded 5.1 sound card.
