I recently purchased the HP Pavilion M7580N with Windows XP Media Center. I am wanting to connect it to my television for viewing, and must confess to not being able to figure it out. I have the video output on my PC connected to my television's input, but I can't seem to get anything to show up on my television screen. Any advice would be wonderful.

You have to access your graphics card's properties.

One way:
Got your dektop and right click on an empty spot.

Click on properties

Go to Settings tab

Click on advanced

From here you can pick different options depending on your graphics card.

The quick set up guide that came with your computer will point in the right direction as well.
