I have a shuttle SD36G5M, with following 3.5mm audio outlets on the back: ANALOG: 1.Front out (L/R) 2.Central bass (C/B) 3.Surround back (L/R) 4.Side surr (L/R) DIGITAL: 5.SPDIF OUT COAXIAL 6.SPDIF OUT OPTICAL
All 6 outputs above are from the on-board audio.
I also have a Panasonic SC-HT15 5.1 speaker system with a receiver. The receiver only has following input options: a.left and right RCA b.SPDIF IN COAXIAL c.SPDIF IN OPTICAL
Since the receiver does not separate inputs for "front", "surround", "center" or "subwoofer", am I out of luck trying to use all speakers from the 4 analog outputs on my PC?
Or is there a way to connect the 4 analog outputs to only 2 RCA inputs?
