Hello,
I have just got a new LG RZ-37LZ55 TV with a LH-T550TB DVD/CD receiver and home cinema speakers. The speakers go into the back of the DVD player but only work when playing a DVD and not normal TV (cable). I have changed the format to TV/Audio on the DVD player but it doesnt help. On my old Sony tv the speakers can plug directly into the TV but not with this TV. So basically, how can i get it to work playing cable as well as when i play DVDs??? Thanks |

Do you have any kind of audio signal from your cable source going to your receiver? |

I have same lg tele and dvd home cinema. To get connected with sound coming out of all speakers when on sky channel, I was advised by lg helpdesk the following:
TV AV1 scart socket connected to sky tv scart socket.
TV AV2 scart socket connected to dvd's only scart socket.
Put Tele on AV1 channel and switch off speakers.
Turn on DVD home cinema.
Press aux button on dvd remote till dvd display shows TV Audio.
press xts on dvd remote till it shows xts 2 or 3
press sound on dvd remote till it shows bypass
sound should come out all speakers on when you are on a sky channel. |
