Everything is installed and powered up. Hooray. I watched a few scenes from the Matrix - gotta like that hall scene. Maybe I should've installed more soundproofing! Its great although I expect there is still some calibration to do (Audio and Video). There are so many choices. I would appreciate anyone sharing helpful calibration tips - especially if it happens to apply to my equipment. Great system but where's the HD, cable or dish. Video calibration is a must either a DVD like Digital Video Essentions or even better an ISF calibration (about $400). Go to Imagescienc efoundation.com to find a tech in your area. |

Yeah, I'm still researching power conditioners. Next I'll be researching cable vs dish. Then a new gaming/theater computer. Thanks for the tips - I'll google them.

Skip the "conditioner", just get a good power bar/strip (whatever) for surge protection. Focus in on cable/sat. With that TV your not living until you watch HD! |
