Ive got a Pioneer 50inch plasma and it has a high pitch noise coming from the tv (not box)

Its not "that" loud, but its loud enough for me to hear over the program Im watching at low volume.

How much noise should it emit and how can I reduce it?

It look like video set up not match, you can try to re-tune the pic setting (color etc).
