This budget minded home theatre system seems like a bargain at $79 for a full 6.1 with subwoofer, but on a lark I tested the main and surround speakers, and got a whopping 3.6 OHMS of resistance. Strangely the centre channel was 7.3 OHMs. That is unacceptable for any 6.1 amplifier that should be seeing 8 ohm loads.
I know what you are thinking, staying away from KLH in general is a good idea, just thought I'd warn folks out there attracted to their budget systems.
