i currently have some paradigm monitor 7's v2 with some adp 170 for my surronds and im currently using some old onkyo center for now but im looking to get rid of it and upgrade so i went and audtion the cc 370 and i really wasnt to impressed with it i was wondering if i get a cc 470 v2 ( cause i can get one at the price of the cc 370 v3) would it be fine or would it overwhelm my system. also they are powered by a denon 2106 reciever.

It would be fine and it will not overwhelm your system...calibration will make sure of that:-)
