Hello everyone, I am not very knowledgeable in the home electronics area so please bear with me if my question seems stupid. I had a Sony HD6900 DP system installed recently and I would like to know if I should be hearing music coming from front and rear speakers when playing CDs on DVD player or listening to FM stations from receiver. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

pick a movie you know inside/out and play it in both...
The one that you feel sounds better, well that is the one you should buy.

BTW I was going to buy a Sony Ht but instead bought a Yamaha HTR5830 and a set of NST-10speakers. You might wamt to check that one out
