Hi Guys,

Hope you can help me out with a bit of advice.

Looking to buy a home cinema system for two reasons:

1) to watch my DVD's in full surround sound
2) listen to my MP3 collection stored on my iPod / iRiver through the speakers.

Firstly, is this possible? I'm guessing I can just plug a lead from the headphone socket on the iPod into the audio input? socket on the DVD unit? I've got a PlayStation as well and if this could be in the loop even better. My TV has two scart sockets but nothing else (it's old!).

I've been looking at this one http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/102781/art/samsung/ht-tp33-dvd-divx-usb-home.htm l which has a USB port which "allows direct connection from any USB device". Could I plug my iPod into this? I guess you can plug in a flash drive or something so I presume the DVD unit must have some sort of file browser on it? Would this work with an iPod which has it's own user interface?

Hope someone can help!

Cheers

Matt
