I have had the unit for two years and never had any issues. While viewing a DVD today, the screen went blank, and the surround speakers started to hiss. I removed the disc, inserted another and the unit does not read the disc. I reset the unit by unplugging the A/C power and reconnecting, and now the unit display reads: "Tray Init. Please wait". The word "wait" remains on the display, and I cannot even open the tray to insert a disc to try again. The manual does not even discuss this problem. I am not a happy camper right now..I need a little help!
