Hey everyone,
I am going to be buying an HTIB setup soon, and need some advice on which model you would recommend. I don't really want to spend more than 350 and I already have a DVD player, so I don't want one that has a built in DVD player.
I did some research online, and I think that I have narrowed my choices down to the Panasonic SC-HT05 or SC-HT15, the Sony HTDDW670, and the Onkyo HT-S580.
It seems like the general consensus on this forum is that the Onkyo systems are the best, but I have read really good things about the Panasonic systems as well.
Any help or advice you can offer would be REALLY helpful. Thanks in advance! |

I think I have narrowed it down to the Onkyo and the Panasonic SC-HT15 since they don't really seem to sell the 05 anywhere now.
The Onkyo is 100 WPC while the Panasonic is only 60. I will be using this for music and movies, but live in an apartment, so blasting them at high volumes is not really an issue. If you own one or could give me some kind of advice that would be GREAT! |
