I am new to home theatre. I am building a second story and in it i will have a 15x15 room for a home theatre. I have a 61" hdtv and currently have cheap spund system. I am just starting to build. I have 4 - in-wall speakers that I bought to use in this room. I want to replace my existing system and add a better one. I thougth maybe...1 sub, 2 front and 1 center, and 2 right rear and 2 left rear. I also have 2 Aura bass shakers I can use and one buttkicker. Possibly use these under a riser??? ANy ideas or suggestions would be great- I loved the thread "what I would have done differently"

Ken 7 speakers for a small room like that is an aweful lot, but if you have the money, then go for it. Get better speakers and a good sub and don't waste too much money on a really high end receiver. The technology seems to be changing everyday and you can leave yourself room for upgrade. You can always keep the good speakers and your sub.
