Greetings! About a month ago I purchased a Sony HTDDW670 after reading many positive reviews. Unfortunately I find that often times the dialog gets muffled and all I can hear is the background noise.

I have checked the connection on the center speaker, and tried adjusting the speaker levels. The only thing I've found that "sort of" works is turning down the surround speakers and turning up the middle speaker all the way. At this point I lose the surround effect and I can "barely" hear to voices.

Any thoughts?
