I have an integrated amp and ac3 decoder driving 6 channel audio...how do I (or can I) integrate a power amp in to the system to put more power to my front speakers (Polk RTA 8TL)

if you want to put more power to your front speakers get a more powerful amp, that's it.
You do this by using a separate power amp to drive your front speakers. The power amp, of course is connected to the output of the receiver or integrated amp.
